A screened porch is the Triangle's favorite upgrade for a reason: you get the outdoors without the bugs, and a room you'll use spring through fall. We build screened porches, sunrooms and open porches that improve the natural light in your home and add real, everyday living space.

A pool deck has to handle wet feet, sun and heavy use, so it's built a little differently. We create composite or wood pool surrounds that make the pool safer to get in and out of and give you room to entertain around it. We're the go-to pool-deck installer for Rising Sun Pools here in Raleigh.

Deck Repairs & Restoration
Deck repairs, restorations and stair repair — bring a tired deck safely back to life.
Not every deck needs replacing. We repair and restore existing decks — from a wobbly rail or rotten boards to full deck stair repair and restoration — so a deck that's seen better days is safe, solid and good-looking again. If it's past saving, we'll tell you straight.

Permitting & Inspections
We pull the permit and manage the inspections, so your deck is provably built to code.
Deck permitting in Wake and the surrounding counties trips up a lot of homeowners and cut-rate builders. We handle it for you — pulling the permit, building to code, and coordinating the inspections — so you're never left with an un-permitted structure that causes problems when you sell.

Every deck we build is only as good as what's under it. We size and set footings and framing to code for the load and the span, fasten it properly, and get it inspected — so your deck sits level, doesn't bounce, and stays that way for decades rather than seasons.
