Warranty & financing
Built to code, permitted, and backed by manufacturer warranties on the materials we install.
Vague “fully guaranteed” language is easy to write and hard to hold anyone to. So here's exactly how we back a build — what's covered, for how long, and what isn't.
Permitting managed for you
We handle the permit and the inspections as part of the job — one less thing for you to chase, and proof the deck was built to code.
Composite manufacturer warranty
Composite boards from Trex, TimberTech, Deckorators and Fiberon typically carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty against fade, stain and structural failure, registered on your build.
Built to last decades
The framing and foundation are sized and fastened to carry the load and stay square — the kind of build our reviewers say they expect to enjoy "for decades."
Financing available
A new deck is a big project. We offer financing through Hearth so you can spread the cost with a soft-pull prequalification that won't affect your credit score.
What isn't covered
Manufacturer warranties cover the materials as specified by the maker; normal wear, weathering of natural wood, and changes made by another contractor after completion fall outside them. We'll walk you through exactly what your chosen decking is warranted for before you sign.
We're a local, BBB-accredited business with our name on the sign — so we build it right the first time, and we're easy to reach if you ever need us.
